Here in North Truro, Cape Cod, we create small batches of potent plant medicine using wildcrafted plants & mushrooms, organically-grown herbs, and sustainably-sourced ingredients. Conscious, prayerful wildcrafting is our passion, and my family and I feel blessed to forage year-round on this beautiful coastal spit.

What do we gather on the Cape? Reishi mushroom, usnea lichen, rosa rugosa petals & hips, St. John's Wort, burdock, mullein...to name a few. Visit our LOCAL FINDINGS - an ever-expanding list of plants & shrooms we thoughtfully wildcraft, eat, and make medicine with. We also grow many extraordinary pollinator-loving medicinal herbs, native perennial plants, fruit-bearing trees and shrubs, and annual & perennial vegetables in our gardens at home, where we focus on enriching soil naturally and enhancing microbial activity using manures, ferments, compost, teas, and locally-gathered seaweeds & salt hay. What we don't cultivate or produce, we source from fabulous regenerative farms or local growers who focus on sustainable farming practices. Everything is grown without the use of synthetic fertilizers/herbicides. All products are handcrafted by our herbalist, and all ingredients are thoughtfully sourced from small sustainable farms, certified organic, or mindfully wildcrafted. No synthetic fragrances, fillers, binders, unnatural preservatives, or chemical agents.

Want to keep a pulse on what’s happening with us locally? Check out Happenings to know the latest on community workshops, foraging walks, and farmers’ markets schedules. Find us May through October at the Wellfleet, Truro, and Provincetown Farmers’ Markets. After years of making personalized medicine for clients and neighbors, I am gradually developing an apothecary to offer a regular supply of particular products, so please stay connected as our apothecary grows!

From all my years of studying, wildcrafting and making medicine, the greatest take-away has been remembering again & again that Mother Nature, our ancestors, and all of the Earth's expressions are ultimately our most valuable life-long teachers.  So go outside, feel the wind, eat a handful of fresh dandelion leaves, plant a seed, and feel your part in it all.
